Privacy Agreement

• Confidentiality: DIBSS will not share client data without explicit consent, except where legally required.

• Data Usage: Data is used only for agreed-upon services, internal analysis, and, with consent, anonymized case studies.

• Security: DIBSS follows best practices for data security including encryption, data irrecovarbility practices, and MFA.

Service Agreement

• Scope: Services include data analysis, automation, visualization, and platform integrations (e.g., Power BI, Mailchimp, Salesforce).

• “Pay for Results” Pricing: monthly fees are no more than 50%/33% of cost savings/value added to your business.

• “Risk Free” Development: DIBSS provides 1-6 months of free development and field testing. Pricing is negotiated based on findings. You may discontinue at any time during or after development at no cost.
